a. Note:   This is my Last Olographic Will Written by me. Santa Ynez July 20th, 1918 I J. J. Brown of Santa Ynez County of Santa Barbara, California of the age of 58 years, Being of sound and disposing mind and memory and not acting under duress menace fraud or undue influence of any person what ever, do make publish and declare this my last will and testament in the manner following that is to say First- All my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid Second- I bequeath to the following party's the amount set afcete? to the name Juana Espinoza I bequeath her $1000.00 Cash Leonardo Espinoza I bequeath him $500.00 Cash Jim Moffitt I bequeath him $500.00 Cash Ida Johnson I bequeath her $200.00 Cash Mrs Maggie Quinn I bequeath her $2,500.00 (RAN THE STORE OWNED BY J.J. BROWN) She also lived with him or near him on the census's. Third I bequeath The Remainder of my estate to my two sisters Mary Price and Annie Fadden to be divided in equal parts between the two. I nominate and appoint Annie Fadden and Mary Price the executors of this my last will and Testament, and hereby revoke all former wills made by me. In Wittness whereof.
