Note:   On his World War I Draft Registration Card, Delno lists his next of kin as "Amos Theodore Bretz (Father)".
  In the 1920 Athens County, Ohio Census, Delno and Eva and their daughter reside in Waterloo Township at Marshfield Precinct. Delno works on the railroad. The record states that both of his parents were born in Ohio.
  In the 1930 Athens County, Ohio Census, Delno and Eva and their children reside in Athens Township. Delno is a "Track foreman" on the railroad. The record states that both of his parents were born in Ohio.
  At the time of completing his World War II Draft Registration (1942), Delno worked as a "Track Foreman" for the B & O Railroad and resided in Athens County, Ohio.
