Note: H1073 Note: Columbiana County, Ohio Birth Registration identifies Perry's birthdate as 18 Jun 1894. However, all other primary documents found by this researcher outside of that one record identify 14 June 1893 as his birthdate. Family tradition states that Perry suffered from shell shock as a result of WWI. He did odd jobs for a living and is thought to have married a Nettie _____ but had no children. Perry's death record states that he died from a coronary thrombosis with bronchitis as an additional condition from which he was suffering. The informant for his death record was an official from the Ohio Soldiers and Sailors Home. He was identified as a married farmer who had previously served in the U.S. Armed Forces during World War I. The record identifies his parents as "Kenneth Coy" and "Anna Stanbaugh".
