Note:   Mary married Franklin Harold Kelton 1 April 1936 in Gallipolis, Gallia County, Ohio. They had two children, Franklin Harold Kelton, Jr., born 21 March 1937 in Point Pleasant, Mason County, West Virginia, and Linda Lou Kelton, born 26 March 1940 in Gallipolis, Gallia County, Ohio. Mary and Frank divorced in 1940. In the 1940 Gallia County, Ohio Census, Mary and her children reside with Mary's widowed mother, Mary Reapp, and Mary's brothers in Gallipolis.
  Mary then married secondly to Royce Elwin Meacham in 1944. Royce, the son of Elwin Meacham and Hattie Unknown, was born in 1915 in Pennsylvania and died 25 December 1944 in France during service in the U.S. Army during World War II. Royce is buried in Henri-Chapelle Permanent Cemetery, Belgium. Mary and Royce had no children.
  Mary married thirdly to Leo Stillwell 14 November 1948 in Chesterfield, New Jersey. Mary and Leo divorced 6 July 1959 in Gallipolis, Gallia County, Ohio. Mary and Leo had no children.
  Mary then married lastly to Osby Alphonse Martin 12 September 1959 in Pomeroy, Meigs County, Ohio.
  Mary was baptized 2 April 1961 at the Church of Christ in Middleport, Meigs County, Ohio, and thereafter was a member of that church. She completed the tenth grade.
  Mary worked in sales, owned and operated a restaurant, and worked as a State Examiner for the Ohio State Auditor from 8 January 1973 until 9 February 1979. She was an active member of the 8 and 40 Women's Auxiliary.
  Mary is the daughter of Henry Jefferson Reapp and Mary Elizabeth Boyles. Please see The Reapp Family Addendum for additional information on Mary's family.
