a. Note:   r Railroad, on the Nickel Plate Gang. He also ran a restaurant in Claypool. He farmed when he was a boy. He was well known in his community. John Enoch liked to read Western's in his spare time. He lived on Graceland Avenue a few houses north of the cemetery there. John and Julia once took a trip to California an back by car. On the way there they saw a whale in a railroad box car (alive and in water). On the way back Julia had her collarbone broken in an auto accident. They had went to California to see an old friend by the name of David Clymer, who had taken a job there as a newspaper writer. Their trip was a big hit back in Claypool and was given a large article in the Claypool News. Enoch was a member of the Railroad Brotherhood Mainenance. He was also an avid member of the I.O.O.F. Lodge in Claypool. "Enoch", as he was usually called, liked to play the accordion. Enoch had lived in Packerton, Indiana for a short time before moving to Claypool. Enoch also lived in Constatine, Michigan and Vicksburg, Michigan.
Note:   John Enoch Warner was born near Mifflintown, Pennsylvania. He moved to Claypool, Indiana with his parents and siblings. It is said that a cousin Billy was with them. John Enoch worked for the Big Fou
