Notes
a. Note:   a there is a Rinard Warner stated as head of family with 1 male child, 3 female children, and a woman. He was not married until 1841 and his daughters handwritten family record lists only 9 children therefore, he was either previously married, or he was taking care of other members of the family. However, this may be another Rinard Warner altogether on the census. Rinard was the Town {stone} Mason of Horningtown, Pennsylvania. When older in life Rinard gave his house in Clay Township over to his daughter. He stayed with her and her husband until he died in their home. This house is at county road 800 S. and County Farm Road in Kosciusko County, Indiana. Horningtown was small and is not there now, however the road it was on is called Horningtown Road. The land the Warner's bought from William Horning adjacent to Enoch Hornings property had been parted into two first owned 30 May 1857 and split on 8 Sep1863. they sold this land in Juniata County, Pennsylvania to Joseph James for three hundred dollars. The deed was released on 12 Apr 1879 and they recieved the money on 14 Apr 1879. Rinard could read but, could not write. According to his great-grandson Leonard William Hinkson; one of Rinard's relatives had went on a trip west to Indiana for a visit and returned and this gave rise for the decision for him to move there. According to John Enoch Warner, Rinard's son, when the family moved west in 1877 they brought William Warner (John S. Warner's son) with them. His exact quote was "we brought our cousin Billy with us". This statement came from Leonard who spoke to John Enoch Warner. The Warner Reunion for Rinard and his brother John's descendants is held anually, the first Saturday of June at the Claypool, Indiana Lions Club Building.
Note:   Moved from Juniata County, Pennsylvania to Kosciusko County, Indiana in 1877. Rinard joined the Church of God in 1878 at the Grove Chapel Church. In the 1840 U. S. Census of York County, Pennsylvani
