Enlisted at Canandaigua, to serve three years, and mustered in as private, Co. K, April 7, 1864; transferred to Co. B, no date; died, November 14, 1864, at Geneva, N. Y.

Place of burial - Geneva, NY. ----------- George B. Wilson & Avis's daughter, Hattie, lived with Grandparents George & Harriet Shoemaker, after Wilson was killed in the Civil War.
