a. Note:   From Charles Otterson: Find A Grave Memorial # 102463303 ------------ From the Geneva Daily Times Monday January 26, 1933. Charles H. Pearce, 80, Aloquin, Dies ALOQUIN - Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday for Charles H. Pearce, 80, Aloquin, who died Sunday morning at his home after a long illness. Son of the late William and Cynthia Holden Pearce, he was born in the town of Hopewell. A retired farmer and produce dealer, Mr. Pearce was also associated with M. L. Spencer in an automobile sales agency in Canandaigua. A lifelong member of the Aloquin Methodist Church, he was a past member of the Odd Fellows of Gorham. Mr. Pearce married Miss Ida A. Kisor, Aloquin, in 1899. Following her death in March, 1944, Mr. Pearce married Mrs. Lena Craib. Besides his widow, he is survived by three sons: Ernest, Aloquin, Floyd A., Portsmouth, O., and Franklin, Rochester; two sisters, Mrs. Clara Lathrop, Orleans, and Mrs. Homer Brizee, Aloquin; a brother, Edward, Penn Yan; six grandchildren, a great grandchild and several nieces and nephews. The Rev. Chester Zogg, Wolcott, and the Rev. Lawrence Dunn, Pastor of the Aloquin Methodist Church, will officiate at the funeral in the Aloquin church Tuesday. Burial will be in Sand Hill Cemetery.
