Note:   Newspaper unknown; death was Dec-31-1971 near Overbrook, Osage Co., KS: William Tregemba OVERBROOK - Services will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the United Methodist Church here for William John Tregemba, 80, Route 1, Overbrook, who died Friday night at his home southwest of here. He was born Jan. 12, 1891, near Overbrook, the son of John Henry and Clara Tregemba. He spent his early life in the Overbrook community and spent a few years at Republic, Wash. He returned to the Overbrook community in 1926. He was a member of the United Methodist Church at Overbrook. He was a farmer before he retired. He was married to Linnie Pearl Bray April 9, 1916, at Republic, Wash. She died March 12, 1970. A daughter, Maxine Tregemba, died in 1934. Survivors include two sons, Kenneth Tregemba, at home, and Robert Tregemba, Carbondale; a daughter, Mrs. Marjorie Messenger, Salina; and three grandchildren. Burial will be in Valley Brook Cemetery south of Overbrook. Mr. Tregemba will lie in state until 9 p.m. Sunday and until 10 a.m. Monday at Albright-Roberts Funeral Home at Overbrook.
