Note: quote from wedding announcement An Easter wedding was celebrated at the home of the bridegroom's sister, Mrs. W. L. Pulsifer, 3543 Eighth avenue west, when Miss Hilda Harris, youngest daughter of Mr. Herbert Harris, Douglas Lodge, and Mr. Lyle Sproul of 1421 Sixth avenue west, were married by Rev. J. A. Logan D. D., in the presence of a large number of relatives and friends. The Wedding March was played by Mrs. W. R. Sproul. The bride, who is a native daughter of Vancouver, wore a beautiful gown of blue crepe de chine, embroidered in gold and a corsage bouquet of white roses. Her sister Miss Laura Harris attended her and wore blue crepe de chine and white roses. The bridegroom was supported by his brother, Mr. Norman Sproul. After the service many beautiful wedding presents were viewed, and the party later sat down in the wedding supper.
