Fay is survived by his wife of 64 years, Alice; his daughter, Cheryl (Dan) Loop of Lapeer; and two sons, David (Lisa) Croniser of PA and Robert (Diane) Croniser of TX. Fay is also survived by his grandchildren, Valarie and Christopher Loop, David, Steven and Jennifer Magress and Brandon; as well as 4 great-grandchildren. Fay was a graduate of Devilbis High School in Toledo, OH. He worked for 48 years as a linotype operator for The Monroe Publishing Company. Fay was a WWII veteran, having served in the U.S. Navy.
