Weaver, former Paulding county farmer, at St. Paul�s church southwest of Paulding. Mr. Weaver died on Nov 3, of a heart ailment at Chicago, where he had been residing with his daughter. He had reached his 80th birthday on Sept. 28. burial was in St. Paul�s cemetery. Mr. Weaver was a former resident of Paulding county and a prominent farmer near Paulding for many years. He served one term as county commissioner, going into office in the year 1904. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Alice Weaver, three sons, Monty, Monroe, Michigan; Kenneth, toledo; Chelsie, Blissfield, Michigan and one daughter, Mrs. Charles Miller, Chicago; one brother, William Weaver, Monroe, Michigan; eleven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
