Notes
a. Note:   WFT Vol. 4, Tree #2461 Alfred Ray & Mary Parker divorced sometime around 1908 but date is uncertain. Some info say she marred 2nd, Robert Lee Eaton in 1914.
The 1910 census has Mary still in the household of Alfred Lee Ray. Robert Lee Eaton is living next door to them with his children.
REF: DIANA GROTHER (hophopdian@@aol.com) I found in a letter that Mary Annie Parker, B 17 Mar 1881, said she left Paris, Tennessee when she was 16 years old. So Rue & Richard were obviously in Henry Co. in 1897. Probably when Mary Annie was born, also, in 1881.
Services for Mrs. Mary A. Eaton, 86, 1602 E. Market, who died Thursday evening in a Garber nursing home, will be conducted at 2 pm today in the Henninger-Allen Funeral Home chapel. Dr. T.P. Haskins will officiate with burial to follow in the Enid Cemetery. She was a native of Brown County, Tenn. and moved with her parents to Beaumond, Texas where she grew up and attended school. She married Alfred Lee Ray and they lived in Brownwood, Texas before he preceded her in death. She married Robert Lee Eaton in 1914 in Enid where she lived till her death. He preceded her in death Feb. 5, 1964. Mrs. Eaton was a member of the First Baptist Church, the Royal Neighbors, and a life member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Cahapter No. 36. She was also a member of the Gold Star Mothers Club. Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. O.L. (Mary) Seale of Enid, Mrs. H.P. (Ollie May) Kneckt of Oklahoma City, Mrs. F.S. (Allena) Thomas of Enid, Mrs. W.W. (Sevilla) Cooper of Tuscon, Ariz; eight grandchildren; 19 great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren.
