Elizabeth (Aunt Sis) is a retired registered nurse and doctors assistant. Paul and Sis adopted Pat when she was a baby. After Paul's death, Sis remarried a family friend who is now deceased.
Houston Chronicle on 5/28/2008 ANN ELIZABETH WINTERS, 89, passed away on May 24, 2008. She was born on August 25, 1918 and a resident of Meyerland for 50 years. Elizabeth graduated from Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in 1940. She was a nurse for Methodist Hospital and retired from Bayou Manor Nursing Home. Elizabeth was a very loving and carrying person who always put others before herself. She is preceded in death by her husband Marshall Winters. Elizabeth is survived by her daughter, Tricia Winters; nieces, Margaret Schock and Patricia Tolar; great-nieces, Maggie McFarland and Rachel Hargraves; great-nephews, Jerry Schock. Ricky Schock, and Stephen McFarland; long life friends, Betty and Becki Randolph. A memorial service will be held 3:00 P.M., Saturday, May 31, 2008 at Earthman Bellaire Funeral Home, 6700 Ferris St. A special thanks to Margaret Francis for her loving care and friendship.
