Note: Lewis was born about 1776 unknown location, possibly New Jersey. He died in Sandusky, Dec. 22, 1843 and is buried in Scott Cemetery. His brother James is buried there also. Margaret was born about 1782 again possibly in New Jersey. She died March 12, 1861 and is buried in the family plot at Oakland in Sandusky. BURIAL: Oakland Cemetery, Rt. 250, Sandusky, Erie Co., Ohio They migrated in 1837 with "horses and wagon over the mountains of Penn." from Warren Co. New Jersey.
