Mary is niece to his wife Mary Diver Land is 25 acres from the east side of the west half of the south west quarter of section four in township six south of range 9 east in the township of Frenchtown deeded to him by William E Pegler & Mary (Chamberland) Pegler on August 4, 1855. So he gives land back to Mary that she and her husband William deeded to him.
