Notes
a. Note:   N58 Information on this girl is scarce. An analysis of the census data seems to indicate that she was present in the 1830 family but not in the 1840. By that time she would be 19 years old and it is possible that she married and left the area or that she was let to another family as a servant. However, her two brothers Charles Waterman, and Simon Andrew who were born one before and one just after her, both named their first daughters Louisa, Simon's born in 1844 and Charles'( also a Louisa A.) in 1846. This leads me to the conclusion that Louisa died before 1840, and her brothers were honoring her name. No data is found regarding the truth of this speculation such as her burial site.
