b. Note:   Died of Typhoid fever. The following material is the text of a letter, the original of which is in the outside files. It is in answer to a letter from Eric S. Crossett Jr. to the writer. Windsor, N. Y. June 4, 1894 Eric S. Crossett Binghamton, N.Y. Dear Sir, Your letter at hand this A.M. My bill for professional services of your brother "deceased" is $30.00. That is ten dollars off from our regular charges here, which I consider right for me to do in this case. I made forty-one visits. I extend to you all my sincere sympathy in this your great sorrow and loss. Yours truly, R. L. Turrell, M.D. Enclosed is certificate of death. The above was preserved in the belongings of Eric Crossett. William died of Typhoid fever, May 27, 1894. He is buried at Floral Park Cemetery in the plot of Eric Crossett, Sr. There is no headstone.
