  1829 Deed - William Bailiff buys 235 acres on head of Walker's Creek near Esquire Tubb from Moses Scrivener for $400 on August 3. book K p 459.
  Moves from TN and settled in Perry Co, AL about 1834.
  1834 Deed - Buy land from Richardson and Frances Robertson in Perry county, Alabama.
  1837 Aug 16, Deed- Smith Co, TN Book N pg 608. William Bailiff, a resident of Alabama, sells to Andrew Williams 235 acres of land above the head of Walkers Creek of Smith fork running by Tubb line (now, DeKalb Co, near Alexandria) for $500.00.
