Note: Advertisement Cassius Taylor Bentley Cassius Taylor Bentley, Jr., 90, of Henderson, Kentucky, passed away at 4:35 p.m. Tuesday, December 27, 2016, at Colonial Terrace Nursing Home in Sebree, Kentucky, with his family by his side.
He was born February 19, 1926, to the late Cassius T. and Viola Bentley. Cassius graduated from Weaverton High School. He met his first wife, Ethel Mae Wedding, while attending high school. They had three loving children, Charlotte, Robin, and Tony. Ethel passed away at the early age of 29 years old. Cassius married Nancy Faulkner, and they had four loving children, Kimber, Nina, Scott, and Nancy Faye. They celebrated 54 years together. He was blessed to be loved by two wonderful women. Cassius was a farmer (and considered the very best), golf pro, gambler, and friend to anyone who had the pleasure of one minute with him. He never had less than three jobs and loved to work. Survivors include his daughters, Charlotte Warren and her husband, Gene, of Evansville, Indiana, Robin Lee Bentley of Henderson, Kentucky, Kimber Parks and her husband, Tim, of Placentia, California, Nina Dossett of Nortonville, Kentucky, and Nancy Faye Bentley of Henderson, Kentucky; his son, Scott M. Bentley of Henderson, Kentucky; his double cousins (whom he called sisters), Ida Lee, Helen Jean, and Pasty; eleven adoring grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren;
