Hazel Evans VINCENNES - Hazel I. Evans, 80, died Saturday, Nov. 24, 2001, at Good Samaritan Hospital. She had worked as a nurse's aid at Good Samaritan Hospital and was a member of the Eagles Auxiliary. Surviving are four daughters, Luella Kaiser, Beverly S. Marsh and Judith K. Briner, all of Vincennes, and Fran Wilson of Germantown, Tenn.; three sons, Larry of Vincennes, Herbert L. Jr. of Conway, Ark., and Rick of Brazil, Ind.; two brothers, Victor McCoy Sr. of Westport, Ill., and David McCoy of Vincennes; 18 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Herbert L. Evans Sr., in 1995. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at Goodwin Funeral Home, with burial in Memorial Park Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
