Notes
a. Note:   The Greatest guy I have ever known! John went to Operation Deep Freeze #3, in Antarctica, with the Sea Bees in 1955. After a stroke, John was left with one crippled arm, but continued to use his strength in rebuilding a 1947 Chris Craft. John had worked long laborious hours, and had only the windshield and the upholstery left to finish. John took this Chris Craft out on Lake Perris, and it gave him the biggest thrill of his life. The boat was donated to the Big Bear Historical Society in his memory.
