a. Note:   Newspaper article, Olney IL: Dr. Jeremiah Phillips died Sunday evening at his residence on S. Camp Ave. at the age of 88 years. The funeral was Tuesday. His wife and 2 sons survive him. He was born at Le Roy NY in 1816, and married in 1837. He has been a resident of Olney almost 50 years. He was also a local preacher in the M.E. church.
