Note: m G. "Hollihan" and "Katie" Green obtained a marriage license 13 May and were married 14 May 1891. Katie was a resident of the 17th ward, Pittsburgh and consent was granted by Anna Green (presumably her mother). Like William, she was born in Armstrong Co., PA. Rev. J. J. Brennan performed the ceremony.
Katie's death at age 21was reported in the "Pittsburg Dispatch" newspaper, edition of 23 Sept 1891, pg. 5. The funeral was held at the home of her mother, Annie Green at 4640 Butler St., Pittsburgh, funeral mass at St. Kyran's Church.
Note: According to J.J. Houlihan, William Houlihan married "Kitty" Green. They had no children and she died young. According to Pittsburgh Marriage License Registry docket # B1951, Vol. 18, pg. 151 Willia
