a. Note:   l was held at the home of her sister, Mrs. Thomas McRoberts of 33 Logan St., Pittsburgh. This confirms the identity of the second surviving daughter.
  I located Mr. & Mrs. Thomas McRoberts in the 1900 census, then renting a home at 40 Fulton, Pittsburgh. They'd been married 28 years, had had 4 children, of whom 3 were still living. Margaret was born in PA as were both her parents. In addition to the 3 children, a 23 year old English boarder was living in the house.
  I located the McRobert's in the 1880 census as well, living on Forbes Ave., Pittsburgh. They then had 2 young children. At the 1860 census, Margaret was a 5 years old, living with her parents and siblings in Clearfield Township, Butler Co., PA.
  Catholic Cemeteries Assoc., Inc. advises that there is no Margaret (or Thomas) McRoberts buried at Calvary or St. Mary's, Lawrenceville, cemeteries. Instead I learned from her grandson, Thomas D. McRoberts, that Margaret and her husband removed to Canton, Ohio where she worked as a seamstress at Mercy Hospital. She died there and is buried at Calvary Cemetery; no tombstone.
Note:   Rose Dougan was survived by two daughters, per her 1895 Obituary in the "Pittsburgh Post Gazette." The obituary of Catherine (Dougan) Gallagher in 1901, one of those daughters, states that the funera
