a. Note:   er full Christian name is listed in the 1900 census. There she is shown at age 31, single, living with her widowed mother at 2013 Webster St., Pittsburgh. Her occupation was shown as "dressmaker."
  According to St. Mary's Cemetery records, Catherine "Kinlen" died about 21 January 1908 of tuberculosis and was buried three days later at St. Mary's Cemetery, 45th & Penn, Pittsburgh, in Section O, lot 259, grave 1.
Note:   At the 1880 census "Kate Kinlin" is shown as a coat maker, like her sister Bridget, although unemployed for 7 months of the census year. Catherine Kinlen was apparently known as "Kate" or "Katie" - h
