a. Note:   glish and was the mother of 6 children, only 5 of whom were still living at the time of the 1900 census. There was likely a child born between 1893 and 1898 which did not survive.
  The obituary of her sister, Mrs. Catherine (G. Sutton) Smith from Youngstown, OH @@1958 indicates she was born in New Springfield [Mahoning Co.] OH, daughter of John & Elizabeth (Felger). A sister "Annie Kinlen" of Pittsburgh was noted as surviving. However, at the 1930 census, husband John "Kinlin," a hospital patient, is listed as widowed.

Note:   We know little of Annis Peters Kinlen other than what the 1900 census says. She was born in Ohio to a father born in Ohio, her mother having been born in PA. She was able to read, write and speak En
