At that time (Marshall County records) his wife, Mary E. Vest Minton/Menton was appointed guardian of their minor children, Ugenie, Jason D. and John in Maury county TN. Other heirs were ? Halcum and his wife Josie and James Little in Arkansas. The Tarrant county TX Jason Bryant Little is the son of William Daniel Little but so many of the Ancestry trees have his information posted with Daniel's son.
