SPRINGFIELD - Agnes L. Clark-Johnson of Springfield died July 27 of age-related causes. She was 87.
She was born April 25, 1915, in Eugene to George and Estella Barrett Gates.
She married Harold Clark in Eugene on July 12, 1935. He died in 1976. She married Louis Johnson in Dallas, Ore. on May 17, 1979. He died in 1984.
She was a homemaker and owned a dairy farm in Creswell. Her interested included her grandchildren, Jersey cows and rose gardens. She was a life member of the Order of the Eastern Star.
Survivors include a sister, Juanita Rasmussen of Cottage Grove; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. A daughter, Maralyn Shepherd, died in 1998.
No services are planned. Burial will be at Rest-Haven Memorial Park in Eugene. Rest-Haven Memorial Park & Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
