Note:   NOTES FOR NANCY AGNES MUNFORD: After the death of her husband in South Carolina, Nancy Munford Finney moved with her daughter, Mary Finney Gamble and her son-in-law, William Gamble to Talladega Co., AL. She is listed in the 1850 Federal Census living in their household, age 79 & born SC. She is buried at Liberty Methodist Church Cemetery, Tallapoosa Co., AL. William Gamble was the son of James Gamble and the half-brother of John Gamble, who was the father of David Gamble who married Anna Finney, a sister to Mary Finney, William's wife. ----------------------------- Liberty Methodist Church Cemetery, Tallapoosa Co., AL Tombstone Inscription: Sacred to the memory of Nancy Finney Wife of John Finney Born in Laurens Dist.
