She is living with Benjamin Saxon, male, age 47, born SC and farming. Children shown were: James H., male, age 19, born SC; Elizabeth B., female, age 17, born GA; Henry H., male, age 15, born GA; William C., male, age 13, born AL; John E., male, age 11, born AL; George W., male, age 9, born AL; Lewis C., male, age 2, born AL. COMMENTARY: Whether this is our Sarah Finney Saxon is not know at this time. I am now of the opinion the Benajah Saxon will found in Tallapoosa Co., AL Courthouse Records in not the husband of our Sarah Finney Saxon.

She is living with her husband, Bengamin Saxon, male, age 57, born SC & farming. Children shown were: William, age 22; John, age 18; George, age 16; Lewis, age 12; Alfred, age 9. All children born AL. COMMENTARY:The 1850 & 1860 census records show the same Sarah & Benjamine Saxon and their family members.
