She was also a member of First Baptist Church of Decatur. Mrs. Gregory graduated from Douglas High School in 1933. She attended Jacksonville State Teachers College where she played on the women's basketball team. She taught and coached basketball at Union Grove School in Marshall County.Survivors include two sons, Jim Gregory of Decatur and Jody Gregory of Columbia, S.C.; one daughter, Nancy Gamble of Tuscaloosa; one sister, Lorraine Coleman of Orlando, Fla.; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren."
Julia Hill Gregory 87, retired teacher ---------------------------- ALBERTVILLE OBITUARY-- Graveside service for Julia Hill Gregory, 87, of Oneonta will be Friday at 3:30 p.m. at Douglas Cemetery in Douglas with the Rev. Billy Stephenson officiating.
