I always wondered why she had a man's name. I guess no woman wanted to be known as "Willie"! I still believe she was the prettiest lady I had ever seen. She was truly a beautiful woman & person. She always was dressed to a "T" and had such gracious manners. She and Uncle Roy just seemed to be made for each other. Uncle Roy always wore a blue pen striped, three-piece suit, smoked a long cigar and drove a long black automobile. You know, one with the spare tires on each of the front fenders. Aunt Bill was always dressed accordingly. Somehow, they accumulated a little more wealth than my mother and her other brothers. I always loved it when Uncle Roy and Aunt Bill came to visit. We always had such a good time together, and more importantly, Uncle Roy always slipped me a half dollar. That was big money in those days.
