She lived with Mrs. Elizabeth Beasley, her daughter--She had no property...but her trunks, chests, bed & bed clothes & wearing apparel, which she gave to Mrs. Elizabeth Beasley before her death, to be hers. Further, three negroes were in her possession and hired out for her...To which she is entitled to one seventh part. Those negroes belonged to Ann Burton during her life, at her death they were to be sold and she the said Ann Burton to have one child's part, there being seven children... George H.
