She states he died at Bloodsworth Place near Cumberland River; further that he resided in Wilson County, Tennessee at the time of his death. From Ann Bloodworth Boyd: Jessie Eagan died at the Bloodworth place near the Cumberland River in Tennessee. When the Eagan's came to this community, they were squatters down on the property on Cany Boxwell Road (Boy Scout Camp) of Uncle Henry Tyree, a very nice black man. I don't know who owned the property then. Uncle Henry Tyree was a member of the church of Christ where I belong. He was one of two blacks that went there. No church of Christ in LaGuardo for the blacks. The cemetery is down on the boy scout camp someplace. Information on births of children from Ann Bloodworth Boyd and IGI for TN.
