Minnie, Arthur & George gave Roy their share of estate. Mame and husband Charles received their portion in land ( from Skippack Pike along drive to Schwabs property & the creek) back to spring below driveway east of main farm. After death of Charles their property was sold to Herbert Schwab. Roy borrowed money and installed new structures and revamped barn, built new milk house & silo. Roy trapped muskrats in season and in turn taught son Ernest who in turn taught his son Steve to make extra money. - Steve Bobb smoked cigararellos & enjoyed a drink occassionally- kept his liquor in the barn as his wife didn't condone drinking & we never saw her take a drink, even though she was raised in Germany ( to age 12) & had beer on the table each day.
