a. Note:   Mrs. Kate F. E. Bish
  Mrs. Kate F. E. Bish died at her home near Mt. Pleasant, this county, Tuesday, October 20, 1942 after a lingering illness. She was a daughter of the late Samuel and Elizabeth Kindig and was aged 79 years. She was twice married. Her first husband was the late Samuel Miller. Three children survive from this union: Mrs. Clayton Wentz, Westminster, R.D.; Claude S. Miller, Hanover, and Jonas B. Miller, at home; also six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Her second husband, William Bish, preceded her in death.
  Funeral services were conducted Thursday at 10 a.m. at the J.W. Little and Son funeral parlor in Littlestown. The Rev. Charles B. Rebert, pastor of the Carroll Reformed charge officiated. Burial was in St. Mary's Union Cemetery, Silver Run.
