  Theodosia, daughter of John EDGOOSE, was baptised at Pinchbeck, Lincolnshire, on 11 September 1617. John EDGOOSE had married Elizabeth PILKINGTON at Pinchbeck on 19 January 1614/15.
  In his will made on 17 April 1630 John EDGOOSE of Pinchbeck refers to Theodocia, one of the daughters he had by his wife Elizabeth, who was under 21 years old. (LCC Wills 1630 454)

  John, son of John and Theodocia HAMERTON, was baptised at Pinchbeck on 6 January 1642/43 and buried there on 23 February 1649/50.

  NOTES & QUERIES: In his will made on 3 March 1694 Richard EDGOOSE of Whitechapel refers to the daughter of Anthony EDGOOSE and to John Hamerton's children: "Item I give to my Brother Anthony EDGOOSE Daughter And the children of John HAMMORTON (the number not being Knowne) the sum of twenty five pounds to be Equally devided a mongst them according to the discression of my Excecuttors And not otherwise". (LMA MS9172/93 Will No. 70) John Hammerton married Richard EDGOOSE's sister Theodocia at Pinchbeck on 1 June 1640. The only child still living in 1694 might have been Isabell HAMMERTON the record of whose marriage or burial has not been found.
