Hannah, daughter of William DOWAGER by Magdalen, was baptised at Whaplode, Lincolnshire, on 10 February 1747/1748. (PR)
Hannah and her mother Magdalen were beneficiaries of the will of William DOWAGER: "And Lastly as to all the rest, Residue and Remainder of my Personal Estate Goods and Chatells of what kind or Nature soever I give and bequeath the same to my Beloved Wife and to my beloved Daughter Hannah DOWAGER whom I make whole and Sole Executrix's of this my Last Will and Testament hereby revoking all former Wills by me made" (LCC Will 1763/75)
Hannah DOWAGER married Francis REYNOLDS of Holbeach, Lincolnshire, by licence at Whaplode St. Mary, Lincolnshire, on 2 December 1765. Hannah DOWAGER was an 18 year old single woman and Francis REYNOLDS was 25 years old. (MB 1765/198 & 199) (PR)
