  Sus. and Mary, daughters of John and Ann ABON were baptised at Pinchbeck, Lincolnshire, on 8 December 1738. No trace of John and Ann's marriage has been found in Lincolnshire.
  John EDGOOSE of Gosberton, Lincolnshire, married Mary ABIN or ABORN of Pinchbeck, Lincolnshire, by licence at Pinchbeck on 4 May 1757. Mary was 19 years old and John EDGOOSE was 27, i.e. born 1729 or 1730. Witnesses were John ABORN and John TOWNSEND. John ABORN signed the bond. (FreeReg) (Lincs MB 1757 269 & 270)
  Her father John ABORN made a will on 23 April 1763, just five days before she herself was buried: "I Give Unto My Daughter Mary EDGOOSE The Wife of John EDGOOSE The sum of Ten pounds to be paid to her My said Daughter Within Six months After my Decease by My Executor hereinafter Mentioned". (LCC Wills 1764/1)
  Mary, wife of John EDGOOSE, was buried at Gosberton on 28 April 1763 at the age of 25. (PR)
