Note: ELIZABETH EDGOOSE 1761-
John and Elizabeth, twins of John and Mary EDGOOSE, were baptised at Gosberton, Lincolnshire, on 26 October 1761. John EDGOOSE of Gosberton had married Mary ABORN at Pinchbeck, Lincolnshire, on 4 May 1757.
It is likely that she died before 1769 when Elizabeth, daughter of John and Ann EDGOOSE, was baptised. This presupposes that the John EDGOOSE who married Mary ABORN is the same John EDGOOSE who married Ann DOLTON.
Perhaps Elizabeth is synonymous with the Mary who was buried at Gosberton on 22 February 1762, but whose baptism has not been recorded and who was not described in the burial register as an infant.
