Note: *Twin Terry is buried in Chapel Lawn Cemetery.
Terry died as the result of a single vehicle automobile accident on 165th St. between Indianapolis Blvd and Kennedy Ave in Hammond. His Van struck NIPSCO pole # 75-191. I will never forget that night.
Mr. & Mrs. Dean Looman made a Memorial Gift to Trade Winds Rehabilitation Center in Terry's name.
