  Mrs Bussing's name was Marion and went to New York in 1898 to visit her home, family, etc. as the above states. In the 1900 Federal US Census image it clearly shows David and Adeline Totman still living in Homer, New York, their home of many years. However, a grave stove shows Adeline to have died in Dewey county, Oklahoma in 1901. Marion must have convinced her parents, or at least her mother to move to Oklahoma either in 1900 or 1901. I can't find any records so far on David Totman's death. I need to check the Taloga county courthouse for records.
