Notes
a. Note:   \tx4480\tx5040\tx5600\tx6160\tx6720\pardirnatural\f0\fs24 \cf0 --Converted to the Quaker faith?? or was his wife Eleanor Reynolds shunned for marrying out of the faith, and then rejoined later (their children were Quaker)? There are indications that the Otwells of Maryland & Delaware may have been Quakers, more research to come \par --Children's names & their spouses as per 1898 letter by Ann Millis Frazier Way, a descendent. Letter indicates that James & Eleanor had 9 children, but that four died in infancy: John, Jeremiah, and two others. \par --1790 Worcester Co MD census (unverified) \par --1820 Guilford NC census; haven't been able to find him in census before then. May have been living in household of his father-in-law William Reynolds?}
