Note: \tx4480\tx5040\tx5600\tx6160\tx6720\pardirnatural\f0\fs24 \cf0 Names of his children and their spouses as per 1898 & 1904 letter from Ann M. Frazier Way, a descendent \par Was originally a Quaker, but was apparently shunned by the church for a time for operating a distillery in NC. \par "Thou wanted to know the occupation of our Ancestors. I think the men were mostly farmers and the women domestic housekeepers. My grandfather , ISAAC FRAZIER, was a blacksmith, as were also some of his nephews. He had a distillery in his younger days which was looked upon with more favor than in these days, and made his own whiskey and brandy, Quaker as he was, and indulged in their use until he became a drunkard and went blind. He was taken to Dr Mendinhall in Jamestown to be doctored, and while shut up in a dark room was converted and never tasted another drop of intoxicants, not even cider, after it had worked, and died a Christian" \par Excerpt, 1904 letter by Ann M. Frazier Way \par 1790 Guilford Co NC census \par 1800 Salisbury twp, Guilford Co NC near brother in law John Saferight, wife's parents living with John? \par 1802 Guilford Co NC Will of Henry Saferight: Henry names his son John and daughters Catherine, Mary, and Neomi. The executors are William and John Hodgson and the witnesses are Isaac Frazer and Rebeckah Frazer. \par In Vol. III of the 1802 Court Estate Records he is listed as Henry Saferight with executors William and John Hodson and witnesses Isaac Frazier and Rebecca Frazier. This links the surname spellings to the same man. Also, in the "Index to Deceased Guilford Co., NC Court Records" August 1781 - February 1811, Henry is listed as Henry Saferight. \par 1804 Center Quaker MM Guilford Co NC shows Ann Frazier, daughter of Isaac & Rebecca, marrying Isaac Hodson. \par 1810 Greensboro, Guilford Co NC census (difficult to read) \par 1820 Guilford Co NC census (difficult to read) \par 1830 West River, Randolph Co IN, male age 60-70 in household of son Henry Frazer/Frazier (a different Isaac Frazier was living in Guilford Co NC in 1830, but he was younger, and I believe from a different branch of the same family) \par 1840 As per the records of Westfield Quaker Monthly Meeting, Hamilton Co Indiana, which indicated ISAAC FRAZER b Jan 19, 1763 (who married REBECCA SAFERIGHT) as the son of THOMAS & MARY FRAZIER -- Not GEORGE THOMAS FRAZIER as had been previously thought. \par 1840 Washington twp, Hamilton Co IN, male age 70-80, in household of son Henry Frazer \par 1844 Westfield MM Hamilton Co IN, granted certificate for HENRY FRAZER & Family, and ISAAC FRAZIER to move to Sugar Plains MM, Boone Co IN. \par 1846-1848 Death date & place as per a post on a genealogy forum; I have not been able to verifiy it as yet myself.
