They were married and settled in Winsor (Hants Co) NS, and removed to Lubec (Washington Co) Maine and there he died." \par I have been able to verify just about every piece of information in the letter through census & other records \par List of children from the 1887 letter includes my gg grandparents THOMAS KENNEDY and wife SARAH J BOLTON. \par Birthplace (Ireland) verified as per 1880 US census record of his son THOMAS KENNEDY in Bodie, Mono Co CA. \par JOHN' s widow Elizabeth (Rines) Kennedy and two of her sons Thomas & David moved to Portland Cumberland Co Maine by 1850 census. Daughter Martha Kennedy Hague/Haig lived next door to Elizabeth.}
