Notes
a. Note:   600\tx6160\tx6720\pardirnatural \f0\fs26 \cf0 \par ---As per the Civil War Pension record of son, Isaac Martine of Brown Co MN; marriage & death affidavit shows his parents as "Albert & Mary Martine". \par \pard\pardeftab720\cf0 --Birthdate as per baptism record from Clarkstown, Rockland Co NY. Was baptized on Feb 1, 1801 \par --Named after his maternal grandfather Albert Campbell of Orange NY \par --His parents moved their family to New York City sometime between 1801 and 1808. They lived in the 8th Ward, as per 1810 census. Albert's father Isaac Martine, became a New York City Fireman, Company 29, in 1808, and retired in 1811. Isaac died in 1811, a few months after retiring. \par --ALBERT MARTINE appears to have moved to Monroe Co NY in the 1820s-1830 with his mother, wife & children. He may have been married twice, with a daughter RACHEL born 1816 in NYC. The remainder of his children were born 1824-1831. It has been noted that his eldest son ISAAC MARTINE was born 1824 in New York City. \par --1840 Spencerport, Ogden twp, Monroe Co NY census shows Albert's mother CHARITY MARTINE, elderly head of household; one mid-aged woman (likely Albert's wife Mary); daughter and son (likely Albert's children Maria B Martine & John F Martine) \par --Possibly died in the 1832-1833 Cholera epidemic, which spread quickly from NYC to the regions around the Erie Canal.}
