Note: N2611 1930 Danville Independent City, VA, with parents, five siblings 1940, in boarding house in Washington DC with friends Dale Done and Barnard Marino. Incredibly, in 2016 while randoming looking up on Ancestry.com people we’ve known, it turns our that Dale Done was born in Hydro, Oklahoma, the small town where Malcolm and I live now. I wonder if Dale’s parents knew the Lights? (Fantasy conversation from Will Light: “Well, Mr. Done, that little boy of yours, Dale. One day he’ll be living in Washington, DC, and get to know his good friend’s little boy, Malcolm Patterson. Malcolm will marry my great-granddaughter and live on land I own. Right here in Hydro.”)
