Kathy Kay Headrick, 65, Muncie, passed away Saturday June 8, 2013. She was born in New Castle, IN on July 29, 1947 to Harry and Mary D. Chinn King. Kathy was employed by Great Destinations in Muncie for 25 years. She was a member of the Women's Organization of the National Association for Retail Druggists. Kathy was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Marvin King. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth Headrick; children, Michael Headrick (Lisabeth) and Melissa Danowski; grandchildren, Emma and Joshua Danowski; sister-in-law, Emily King along with nieces and a nephew. Calling and services will be private.
