North Know all men by these presents that I John Oliver, inright of my wife Martha late Martha North, and only childof Lucy North dead who was a child of Thos. North the elderdead and such aunt to Thomas North the younger deadfor and in consideration of the sum of Twenty dollars lawfull money of Virginia, to -------- me in hand paidby Heny(?) Ford, have sold and conveyed, and do by thesepresents, sell and convey to the said Heny(?) Ford all rightstitle and interests to which I am or may be inbilled, to –legatee in the Est. of said Thos. North the younger, deadand I do hereby authorize the said Heny(?) Ford toreceive the same to his own use benefit. Given undermy hand and seal the 22nd day of Feby 1835.
